The Agri-Food & Gastronomy Hub connects farmers, processors, distributors and chefs to develop local value chains and to put the result on the table. We support certified quality schemes such as organic, traditional product, PGI or PDO, and we work with the region's restaurants so that what is grown here is also cooked and served here.
The Agri-Food & Gastronomy Hub integrates authentic agrifood products into the cluster's agritourism network and that of its HORECA partners. We coordinate sustainable agriculture initiatives, support the certification of local products, develop the region's culinary offer and facilitate market access for small producers.
The Hub is open to organizations and individuals active in this field.
